By booking or participating in this tour, all participants and buyers acknowledge that they must carefully read, understand, and agree to all the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Booking & Group Size Limitations Small Group Experience: We offer premium small-group tours. To maintain service quality, the maximum capacity per vehicle/group is strictly 8 passengers. If your party exceeds 8 people, the Organizer will attempt to adjust resources and make special arrangements at our discretion; specific details and potential extra costs must be negotiated and confirmed in writing. Minimum Departure: The target group size is 5 participants. If the total number of bookings does not meet the minimum requirement, we will notify you 3 to 7 days prior to the departure date and provide a full refund. The company is not liable for any other travel-related expenses incurred by the passenger (e.g., flights, accommodation). 2. Inclusions & Exclusions Included: Private vehicle transportation, highway toll fees, Japanese/Chinese-speaking driver-guide service, and visiting fees for all distilleries/breweries included in the itinerary. Excluded: All attraction and activity admission tickets (e.g., Attack on Titan museum; all admission tickets must be borne by the passengers themselves), personal meals (e.g., Kawadoko lunch, Eel rice), parking fees, personal rental items (e.g., cape rental for photos at approx. 1,000-2,000 JPY), and any other personal expenses not explicitly listed. 3. Tour Duration & Overtime Policy Standard Duration: The standard tour duration is 8 to 10.5 hours (depending on the specific route). Passenger-Requested Overtime: If the tour is extended due to passenger requests (e.g., late gathering, requesting extra time at a spot), any extension beyond the standard hours is strictly at the Organizer's sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to decline or approve the extension subject to vehicle availability and additional overtime charges. Force Majeure Overtime: If overtime is caused by uncontrollable factors such as severe traffic congestion or accidents, the resolution will be subject to mutual negotiation. 4. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure Natural Scenery: Natural attractions such as cherry blossoms and autumn leaves are entirely dependent on weather conditions. We cannot guarantee optimal viewing states, and no refunds or compensations will be provided if expectations are not met. Safety First: In the event of force majeure such as typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, or severe traffic controls, the driver-guide holds the ultimate authority to adjust, shorten, or cancel parts of the itinerary to ensure the absolute safety of all passengers. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to departure: 100% Full Refund. Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to departure: 15% handling fee will be charged (85% Refund). Cancellations made within 7 days, on the day of departure, or No-Shows: Strictly No Refund (100% fee charged). 6. Insurance & Liability Exemption Insurance: This tour includes mandatory local travel insurance in compliance with Japanese law. However, we strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance in their home country prior to the trip. Personal Belongings: Passengers are solely responsible for their personal valuables throughout the tour. The Company and its staff shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 7. Right of Final Decision & Conduct Right to Refuse Service: If a passenger's behavior severely disrupts the tour, compromises safety, or fails to comply with the guide's reasonable instructions, the Company reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without refund. Final Interpretation: Courser of Woodland and the Organizer reserve the right of final interpretation, modification, and decision regarding all terms and conditions listed above. 8.
